Festive Mediterranean Table

Summer is a time for sharing and celebrating and this class will provide some inspiration for your festive table. A selection of appetizers or meze plates will include dolmades (with fresh vine leaves), fava dip, tiganopita (a pan –fried, cheese pie), and a selection of seasonal dishes based on produce from the local farmer’s market that week. For the main fare, roast free-range pork with perfect crackling accompanied by roast potatoes with lemon. Kadaifi (a fine pastry) and berry trifle will be the sweet finish. We will share this festive feast with a glass or two of wine.
