The Greek Ouzeri
All over Greece, in cities, towns and villages, you will find an ouzeri – a place to while away the afternoon, sipping ouzo as you share plates of cheese, olives, crisp salads, and cooked dishes like gigandes (baked giant beans), kolokethokeftedes (zucchini and fetta fritters), hand rolled dolmades, charred octopus and saganaki prawns. We’ll see out our afternoon with Greek coffee and baklava. This is a class where you’ll master the preparation of a range of mezzedes (small plates to share).
Sunday, March 8 (11am - 4pm)
